Dr. ETH Dipl. Ing Moritz Gold

Head of R&D & Patents
Dr Moritz Gold has been a leading researcher in the field of recycling residual materials using insects since 2012. With over 30 scientific publications, he has made significant contributions to the development of sustainable solutions for the conversion of organic waste. With an excellent PhD from ETH Zurich in the circular economy through insects, a degree in environmental engineering and global experience as a consultant, he brings a deep understanding of the interface between research and implementation.

Peter Waltersdorfer has many years of experience in mechanical and plant engineering at internationally successful companies.
He has a broad range of expertise in project management, team leadership, complex technical tasks and the associated commercial and legal components, which he brings to our technical department.
