CHANGES TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF REPLOID GROUP AG
Personnel: REPLOID Group AG expands its management team
- Alain Parent is taking over operational responsibility for the strategically important business in France and North and West Africa and is therefore stepping down from the Group Executive Board (Chief Strategy Officer).
- Jonas Finck, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, is responsible for operational matters and is now Chief Operating Officer (COO).
- The Group Executive Board will thus be reduced to two members.
Wels, 15 January 2026 – The Supervisory Board of REPLOID Group AG (‘REPLOID’) has decided on personnel changes in the Management Board:
Alain Parent, previously Chief Strategy Officer, will take over management of the business in France and North and West Africa. As a result, he will leave the Group Executive Board and become CEO of REPLOID France SAS in February 2026. Jonas Finck, previously Chief Biology Officer, will serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in line with the responsibilities he has assumed. The Group Executive Board will thus consist of two members in future:
- Philip Pauer, Chief Executive Officer
- Jonas Finck, Chief Operating Officer
REPLOID will continue its dynamic growth trajectory in 2026. A key focus will be on the international expansion of the group. France plays a significant role in this regard due to its size and importance in the agricultural sector. Alain Parent is a native Frenchman and has already been focusing on market development in France in recent months.

Over the past few months, I have been focusing intensively on the strategically important French market and already have concrete plans for other countries in North and West Africa. As CEO of REPLOID France SAS, I will now intensify these activities and devote my full attention to them.’

Mr Parent will leave the Executive Board at the end of January and take on the role of CEO of REPLOID France from February 2026.
